Wikipedia beschrijft de term “D-day” als de dag waarop een militaire aanval of operatie gepland is. De bekendste D-day is 6 juni 1944, de dag van de geallieerde invasie in Normandi\u00eb, waarmee het einde van de 2e wereldoorlog werd ingeluid. De D-day waar deze blogpost naar verwijst is 31 augustus 1997; de dag waarop ex-prinses Diana (“Lady Di”) bij een auto-ongeluk in een tunnel om het leven kwam, samen met haar geliefde\/minnaar Dodi Fayed.
Er zijn theorie\u00ebn in omloop die beweren dat de dood van Lady Di en Dodi geen ongeluk was, maar een geplande operatie van geheime diensten. Deze blogpost doet daar verder geen uitspraak over, en geeft alleen een voorbeeld van hoe een gedachte is onder te brengen in een spraakoefening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
